The grand finale of Lakmé Fashion Week is one of the most anticipated evenings of the event. This time, closing the grand gala will be Sabyasachi Mukherjee’s dreamy collection. And while we can’t wait for Sunday to see his magnificent creations take the runway, here’s what we can tell you right now: the make-up is going to be intense, luminous and whimsical to say the least.
Lakmé Fashion Week’s make-up expert, Donald Simrock, shares an exclusive face chart of the show, and how he has imagined the models looking when they walk down the runway.
“The finale is going to be all about ‘Illuminate’, keeping with Lakmé’s beauty statement for this season. Going to play with gorgeous plums and beautiful bronze shades to create some great looks,” says Simrock.
And with that touch of gold on the inner corners of the eyes, we’re sold!
