Oh, the lengths and breadths we won’t go for our beauty goals. This time we dove into the sea and found algae to purify and protect from pollutants, hydrate and improve texture. Find it in: Estée Lauder’s Nutritious Micro-Algae range (Rs 2,200 onwards) infused with not one but three kinds of this slimy aquatic plant—a freshwater micro-algae, a blue-green one and a brown macro kind—all choc-a-block with vitamins, minerals and proteins.

Scrub It
Kiko Candy Split Lip Scrub, Rs 990—A gritty blend of sugar crystals and oils gently sloughs away the winter flakiness to reveal soft baby lips that can take on the maddest matte.
Balm It
